1. Zahlung und Versand (DE)

Es gelten folgende Bedingungen:

Die Lieferung erfolgt im Inland (Deutschland) und in die nachstehenden Länder: Belgien, Frankreich, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Österreich, Italien, Schweiz, USA

Der Versand ist auf die nachfolgenden Inseln ausgeschlossen: Isole Minori (IT), Waddeneilanden (NL).


Versandkosten (inklusive gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer)

Lieferungen im Inland (Deutschland): 

Wir berechnen die Versandkosten pauschal mit 4,99 € pro Bestellung.

Ab einem Bestellwert von 59,00 € liefern wir versandkostenfrei.

Für Bestellungen mit Artikel aus der Kategorie "Keramik", fällt ein Zuschlag von € 14,99 an, zusätzlich zu den Versandkosten (€ 4,90 unter € 59 Warenwert), nur wenn der Versand aus unserem italienischem Lager erfolgt. 

Bei Bestellungen, die ausschließlich aus Artikel aus der Kategorie "Keramik" bestehen, berechnen wir einmalig pro Bestellung € 14,99 für den Versand, wenn der Versand aus unserem italienischem Lager erfolgt, ansonsten gelten die gelten die Versandkosten für Deutschland (€ 4,99 unter € 59 Warenwert).

Bei Bestellungen, die ausschließlich aus Keramik bestehen, berechnen wir einmalig pro Bestellung € 14,99 für den Versand.

Für Bestellungen mit Artikel aus der Kategorie "Keramik" nach Italien, fällt ein Zuschlag von € 6,99 an, zusätzlich zu den internationalen Versandkosten (€ 14,99)

Zölle und Steuern trägt der Käufer

Lieferfristen

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland (Deutschland) innerhalb von 1 - 3 Werktagen, bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 5 - 15 Werktagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung).
Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.
Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, wird die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung versandt, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.

Per ordini contenenti articoli della categoria "ceramica", si applica un supplemento di € 14,99, in aggiunta ai costi di spedizione (€ 4,99 per ordini inferiori a € 59), solo se la spedizione avviene dal nostro magazzino in Italia.

Per ordini composti esclusivamente da articoli della categoria "ceramica", applichiamo una tariffa unica di € 14,99 per ordine se la spedizione avviene dal magazzino italiano; in caso contrario, si applicano le tariffe standard per la Germania (€ 4,99 per ordini inferiori a € 59).

Tempi di consegna
Salvo diversa indicazione nell'offerta, la consegna in Germania avviene entro 1-3 giorni lavorativi, mentre per le consegne all'estero entro 5-15 giorni lavorativi dalla conclusione del contratto (nel caso di pagamento anticipato, dalla ricezione del pagamento).

Nota: Non vengono effettuate consegne durante i giorni festivi o la domenica.
Se hai ordinato articoli con tempi di consegna diversi, invieremo l'ordine in un'unica spedizione, salvo accordi differenti. In questo caso, il tempo di consegna sarà determinato dall'articolo con il tempo di consegna più lungo.

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.

For orders with a total value of €59.00 or more, we offer free shipping.

For orders containing items from the "Ceramics" category, an additional surcharge of €14.99 applies, in addition to the shipping costs (€4.99 for orders below €59), only when shipped from our Italian warehouse.

For orders consisting exclusively of items from the "Ceramics" category, a one-time shipping fee of €14.99 applies per order if the shipment is from our Italian warehouse. Otherwise, the standard shipping costs for Germany (€4.99 for orders below €59) apply.

The product description will indicate from which warehouse the ceramic items are shipped.

For orders with items from the "Ceramics" category shipped to Italy, an additional surcharge of €6.99 applies, in addition to the international shipping costs (€14.99)

Deliveries to Italy:

Duties and taxes paid by the buyer

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take 1–3 business days, and international deliveries will take 5–15 business days from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will depend on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
