Through careful and loving preparation, chili marinated in the finest extra virgin olive oil for approximately 15 to 16 weeks creates a unique flavor experience. This is followed by a lengthy decantation to remove impurities. The olive oil is never filtered, as this would negatively affect the flavor.
Unique flavor notes: The result is an excellent olive oil with a pleasant spiciness and a finely balanced peperoncino bouquet to refine fine dishes such as pasta, salads, antipasti, meat and bruschetta.
Try the chili oil with our spaghetti for a delicious " aglio e olio " (salad and oil). Enjoy!
