Bronze drawing process: What makes our pasta truly unique is the bronze drawing process. The pasta shapes are drawn through bronze molds instead of Teflon molds, creating a porous, rough surface. This allows the pasta to retain sauces exceptionally well, offering an unparalleled flavor experience.
Selecting the finest semolina: We use only the finest durum wheat semolina from selected growing regions. Drying takes place naturally and gently in the fresh mountain air.
