Excellent craftsmanship: Our pasta is made with a craftsmanship that can be felt in every bite. Our Maestri Pastai (pasta masters) have been using traditional manufacturing methods for generations, ensuring a perfect texture and a rough surface ideal for holding sauces and developing every flavor.

Bronze drawing process: What makes our pasta truly unique is the bronze drawing process. The noodle molds are pulled through bronze molds instead of Teflon molds, creating a porous, rough surface. This means that the pasta holds sauces in an exceptional way and offers an incomparable taste experience.

Selecting the best semolina: We only use the best durum wheat semolina from selected growing regions. Drying takes place naturally and gently in the fresh mountain air.
