Bronze drawing process: What makes our pasta truly unique is the bronze drawing process. The pasta shapes are drawn through bronze molds instead of Teflon molds, creating a porous, rough surface. This allows the pasta to hold sauces in an exceptional way and offers an incomparable taste experience.
Selection of the best semolina: We only use the best durum wheat semolina from selected growing areas. The drying takes place naturally and gently in the fresh mountain air.
