Welcome to the world of high-quality traditional Italian pasta, made with experience and passion for lovers of authentic gastronomy. Our pasta embodies the essence of Italian cuisine: quality, tradition, and irresistible flavor.
Excellent craftsmanship: Our pasta is made with artisanal care that can be felt in every bite. Our Maestri Pastai (pasta masters) have been using traditional production methods for generations, ensuring a perfect texture and a rough surface ideal for holding sauces and developing every flavor.
Bronze drawing process: What makes our pasta truly unique is the bronze drawing process. The pasta shapes are drawn through bronze molds instead of Teflon molds, creating a porous, rough surface. This allows the pasta to retain sauces exceptionally well, offering an unparalleled flavor experience.
Selecting the finest semolina: We use only the finest durum wheat semolina from selected growing regions. Drying takes place naturally and gently in the fresh mountain air.
An authentic gastronomic experience: When you cook our pasta, you'll experience the enveloping aroma and exquisite texture that only high-quality pasta can provide. Every bite becomes a journey through Italy's culinary traditions, giving you an authentic and genuine taste of the "Bel Paese."
Allergens: Durum wheat semolina , may cause allergies or intolerances. May contain traces of soy and mustard .
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place
